1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

1.1 Account Information

  • Full name (from AIVerID OAuth)
  • Email address (from AIVerID OAuth)
  • Identity verification level

1.2 Birth Information

  • Date of birth, time of birth, place of birth
  • Latitude, longitude, time zone
  • Purpose: Used to compute astrological charts (Thai, Western, Chinese, Vedic systems).

1.3 Image Data (Biometric Data)

  • Palm photographs (for palm reading)
  • Face photographs (for face reading — not yet enabled)
  • Room/home photographs (for physiognomy)
  • Retention: 90 days, then automatically deleted
  • Processing: Analyzed solely by Google Cloud Vision and Claude AI

1.4 Usage Information

  • Service usage history (number of readings, system used)
  • API costs (for cost-control purposes)
  • IP address, User-Agent (for PDPA consent records)
2. Purposes of Processing
  • Fortune-telling services: Compute astrological charts using 15+ astrology systems.
  • AI analysis: Use Claude AI and Google Cloud Vision to analyze data and provide guidance.
  • Service improvement: Analyze usage to improve quality (anonymized).
  • Security: Prevent misuse of the service.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We share data only with the following external services:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI): for analysis and recommendations
    Data is not used to train AI models (Zero Data Retention).
  • Google Cloud Vision: for analyzing palm images and physiognomy
  • Stripe: for payment processing (we do not store credit card data)

We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.

5. Your Rights Under the PDPA
  • 1. Right of access: You may request to view the personal data we hold about you.
  • 2. Right to rectification: You may correct inaccurate data immediately.
  • 3. Right to erasure:
    • Delete all images (immediate)
    • Delete all data (within 7 days)
    • Delete account (within 30 days)
  • 4. Right to restrict processing: Temporarily suspend the processing of your data.
  • 5. Right to data portability: Download your data in JSON/PDF format.
  • 6. Right to object: Object to certain uses of your data.
6. Security Measures
  • Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Row-Level Security (RLS): You can only access your own data.
  • Automatic Deletion: Images are automatically deleted after 90 days.
  • Rate Limiting: API usage is rate-limited to prevent abuse.
7. Use of Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Maintain your login session (necessary)
  • Analyze usage (Google Analytics — anonymized)
  • Improve the user experience

You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function correctly.
